Lifestyle Family Club was founded by Prashant and Monalisa Vartak with a simple goal: to help families live their healthiest, happiest lives.
 

Our Professional Background

Before entering the wellness industry in 2012, we spent many years in demanding careers. Prashant served in the IT and Insurance industries for 17 years, while Monalisa was a dedicated teacher for 15 years. While we enjoyed our work, we realized that health often takes a backseat in a busy professional life.
 

 

Real Results, Real Change

Our passion for wellness started with our own health breakthroughs. By following a scientific approach to food and lifestyle:
  • Prashant lost 8 kgs in 3 months and reduced his waistline by 7 inches.
  • Monalisa lost 11 kgs and reduced her waistline by 9 inches.
    Beyond the weight loss, we experienced better digestion, clearer skin, and energy levels we hadn’t felt in years. These “invaluable” results changed our lives forever.
 

The D.A.N.C.E. Process & Lifestyle Reset

We didn’t want to keep these results to ourselves. We created the D.A.N.C.E. Process and the Lifestyle Reset Program to give others a clear, scientific roadmap to health. We believe that every person is unique, which is why we design personalized programs that focus on Nutrition & Active Lifestle for the body and Meditation & Education for the mind with Community that supports your long term journey.
